About the Event
Supporting the American Cancer Society and giving back is a core value of Gary Shedlin and the Shedlin family. Since beginning the Allan Shedlin Memorial Golf Classic 20+ years ago, they have demonstrated their commitment to the American Cancer Society's mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.
Each year, the Classic partners with financial corporations to honor a philanthropist in the industry in the spirit of remembering Allan Shedlin, a 32-year American Cancer Society leadership volunteer. Since its inception, the outing has raised more than $10.5 million to benefit the American Cancer Society.
